Documents indicate that Claudio Tapia, AFA treasurer Pablo Tovigino, and entrepreneur Javier Faroni, close to the organization's leadership, are scheduled to testify in the Southern District of Florida court on July 30.

This incident occurred amid investigations into financial and commercial transactions related to the AFA. In recent weeks, an investigation has intensified into the purchase of at least four luxury properties in South Florida by Faroni and his wife, with the total value of these properties exceeding $11 million.

Meanwhile, the US Department of Justice is continuing its preliminary investigation into the AFA's financial activities. Investigators are trying to determine whether part of the organization's funds passing through the US banking system may have contributed to financial fraud crimes.
