Manchester United had already been in contact with Amad's representatives in January to inform them that they had no intention of selling the player. His contract runs until 2030, with an option to extend for a further 12 months.
Last season, Amad made 32 appearances in the Premier League, scoring 2 goals and providing 3 assists.
