Yakob Ingebrigtsen: 'I've Fed My Addiction My Whole Life'

Norwegian runner Yakob Ingebrigtsen starts the new year with a chilly morning workout on his home treadmill, sweating profusely as tiny pools of water form beneath him.

For 40 minutes, he effortlessly maintains a pace of 6 minutes and 40 seconds per mile, chatting casually even as the temperature in his home gym's heat exchanger rises above 32.4C (90F).
