24 Fans Fined for Urinating in Public at Twickenham
Twenty-four fans were fined between £100-£150 for urinating in public during the England vs Wales match at Twickenham Stadium.

Twenty-four fans were fined for urinating in public during the England vs Wales match at Twickenham Stadium. According to Richmond Council, the fans urinated in front gardens, alleys, main roads, and near bushes.
The Rugby Football Union (RFU) is trying to persuade local residents not to object to more concerts being held at the stadium. The residents' opposition is linked to anti-social behavior.
Richmond Council leader Gareth Roberts said: 'We're happy that Twickenham is the home of English rugby, but fans must be mindful. If we catch you urinating in public, you'll be fined.'
The RFU is taking measures to prevent anti-social behavior, including installing additional barriers and deploying undercover officers and stewards.
England head coach Steve Borthwick plans to make changes to the team for the upcoming match against Scotland, following their win against Wales.
