Simeone Unhappy with Refereeing in Champions League Semi-Final

Diego Simeone expressed his dissatisfaction with the refereeing in the Champions League semi-final match between Atletico and Arsenal, which ended 1-1.

"For a penalty to be awarded, it has to be a clear penalty. The contact between Ghaneko and Dyokresh seemed minimal to me, especially in a Champions League semi-final.

I don't believe in luck, I believe in performance. The first half was even. Our opponents played better with the ball, but didn't create many chances. In the second half, we played better. Their intensity decreased, and we started to play more organized. We defended better and created opportunities for Griezmann and Lukman," said Simeone.

It's worth noting that the return match between the teams will take place at the Emirates Stadium in London on the night of May 5-6.
