From Mouse to Majors: Ffion Tynan's Golf Journey
Welsh golfer Ffion Tynan, 8, skipped Mickey Mouse to try golf. Now 22, she's qualified for the Ladies European Tour (LET).

In 2012, Ffion Tynan chose a kids' golf session over meeting Mickey Mouse while on family holiday. That day sparked her passion for golf, and at 22, she's turned pro.
Tynan recalls her early golf days: 'I was 8 and skipped Mickey Mouse to attend a kids' golf session. They offered to teach me how to golf, and I agreed. From that day on, I was hooked.'
Tynan credits her supportive family for nurturing her love for golf: 'My family was into golf and supported me. We'd attend golf tournaments every year, and I'd play.'
Tynan shares her golfing aspirations: 'My goal is to succeed in golf. I'd love to meet renowned golfer Charley Hull and learn from her.'
Tynan talks about her upcoming LET debut: 'My LET debut is coming soon. I'm excited and confident in my abilities.'
