Sergey Lushchan Appointed as New Head Coach of Mash'al
Sergey Lushchan has been appointed as the new head coach of Mash'al football club, replacing Ildar Sakaev who has been moved to the position of technical director.
Sergey Lushchan has been appointed as the new head coach of Mash'al football club. This was announced by the club's press service.
A change has been made to the coaching staff of Mash'al football club in Muborak. Following the transfer of the club's current head coach, Ildar Sakaev, to the position of technical director, experienced specialist Sergey Ivanovich Lushchan has been appointed as the team's new head coach.
The 53-year-old coach was born in Tashkent. During his playing career, he played for Pakhtakor, Navbahor, Russia's Krylya Sovetov and Rostov clubs.
As a coach, he has worked with Bunyodkor, Sogdiana, Dinamo (Samarkand), Belarus's Shakhtyor (Soligorsk) and Shakhtyor (Petrikov), as well as Navbahor of Namangan. His most recent position was at Navbahor, which he managed from 2024 to 2025.
