Russia National Team Loses to Egypt in Cairo

Russia's national team suffered a defeat to Egypt in Cairo. A friendly match took place between Russia and Egypt.

The game, held at the Cairo International Stadium, ended with a 1:0 victory for the hosts. The only goal of the match was scored by Mustafa Abdelrauf in the 65th minute.

Notably, Russia's national team currently ranks 36th in the FIFA rankings, while Egypt occupies the 29th spot.

Valeriy Karpin's team will face Burkina Faso on June 5 and Trinidad and Tobago on June 9.
