Ronaldo's Al-Nassr Finds Replacement for Marcelo Brozovic

Al-Nassr, the current Saudi Arabian champions, have filled the void in their midfield with a new signing. The club, led by Portugal captain Cristiano Ronaldo, has found a replacement for experienced midfielder Marcelo Brozovic, who left as a free agent during the summer transfer window.

According to insider Fabrizio Romano, the Riyadh club has reached an agreement with Spanish club Mallorca's midfielder Samu Costa. The terms of the deal have not been fully disclosed, but it is reported that all major issues have been resolved.

Despite receiving an official offer from German club RB Leipzig, the 25-year-old Portuguese footballer has accepted Al-Nassr's offer. Samu Costa has seven caps for the Portuguese national team.

He also participated in the 2026 World Cup, making one appearance in the group stage match against Colombia (0:0), coming on as a substitute.
