Romero - leader, but must learn to control aggression

Tottenham captain Cristian Romero is a 'leader' but must learn to control his aggression, says manager Thomas Frank.

Romero - leader, but must learn to control aggression

Tottenham defender Cristian Romero was sent off for the second time in a match against Manchester United and will be suspended for four games. Manager Thomas Frank praises Romero as a 'leader', but emphasizes that he needs to learn to control his aggression.

At 27, Romero has become a key defender for Argentina and Tottenham. Frank highly values his leadership qualities, but also notes that Romero needs to learn to control his emotions.

"I think he's a leader. He's a young leader. He's learning every day. When I was 30, I thought I knew everything, but today I feel like I'm much further ahead in terms of leadership and understanding things," Frank says.

Romero will be out for several more weeks. His injury, combined with other players' absences, has left Tottenham with a severely depleted squad.
