Real Madrid is planning to sign Chelsea midfielder Enzo Fernandes, according to The Independent.
According to sources, the Argentine player's last game for Chelsea could be against Sunderland in the latest round of the Premier League.
The 25-year-old midfielder has also attracted interest from Manchester City, but this largely depends on the future of Rodri. If Real Madrid signs the Spanish player, Fernandes could become the primary option for the Citizens.
Meanwhile, it seems likely that Chelsea will part ways with the player. During a difficult season, Enzo has been left out of the starting lineup several times under coach Graham Potter.
Chelsea is open to negotiations, but the club is aware that it will be challenging to recoup the 121 million euros paid to Benfica a few years ago.
