Real Madrid are on the verge of triggering the buyback clause for midfielder Nico Paz. According to AS, the club plans to re-sign the player from Como for 9 million euros.

Italian side Como are reluctant to let Paz go, but the club's management considers the 60 million euro transfer fee set by Real to be too high.

According to sources, Inter are also making a serious effort to sign the Argentine midfielder. The Milan club allegedly wants to acquire Paz at all costs.

Real Madrid coach Jose Mourinho has expressed significant interest in Inter's central defender Alessandro Bastoni. As a result, Nico Paz could become part of a potential deal that would bring Bastoni to the Spanish club. The report suggests that Inter values the 27-year-old defender's transfer at around 70 million euros.

Last season, Bastoni played 40 games across all competitions, scoring two goals and providing six assists. His current contract runs until the summer of 2028.

According to Transfermarkt, Alessandro Bastoni's market value is estimated to be 65 million euros.
