Real Madrid's Federico Válverde and Aurélien Tchouaméni were involved in an altercation, leading to Válverde's behavior being criticized within the club.

Real Madrid players Federico Válverde and Aurélien Tchouaméni were involved in an altercation during a training session, resulting in Válverde's behavior being met with criticism within the club. The incident occurred on Wednesday when the two players got into a heated argument while getting dressed. Válverde fell and hit his head on a table, and was subsequently taken to the hospital, reportedly suffering a concussion.
According to reports, the Uruguayan midfielder may be sidelined for up to 14 days due to the head injury.

Following the incident, the club held an emergency meeting and launched a disciplinary investigation. Under the club's internal rules, players can face fines, suspensions, contract termination, or transfer as punishment.

According to The Athletic, sources close to the two experienced players stated that it is "almost impossible" for both players to remain at the club at the same time after the incident.

Additionally, several sources familiar with the situation at Madrid have pointed out that Válverde was the main culprit in the altercation, having made a provocative move towards Tchouaméni, which has been observed before.

One source stated that Válverde has been acting this way "all year" and that his behavior is "not befitting of a captain", a view shared by other individuals who have worked with the club for many years.
