PSG Becomes Second Club to Achieve This Feat After Real
PSG makes history in European football by winning the Champions League for the second consecutive season

PSG has made history in European football by winning the Champions League for the second consecutive season. The Parisians defeated Arsenal in the final to defend their title. Last season, Luis Enrique's team had defeated Inter 5-0 in the decisive match.

In doing so, PSG became the ninth club to win the Champions League or European Cup two or more times in a row. This achievement was previously accomplished by Real, Benfica, Inter, Ajax, Bayern, Liverpool, Nottingham Forest, and Milan.
Interestingly, since the competition switched to the Champions League format in 1992, only two clubs have managed to win the title two or more times in a row - Real (2016, 2017, 2018) and now PSG.
