James Hinchcliffe to Make NASCAR Truck Debut at St. Pete
James Hinchcliffe, who claimed his first IndyCar victory at St. Petersburg in 2013, is set to return to the city 13 years later, competing in a NASCAR Truck race.
James Hinchcliffe claimed his first IndyCar victory at the St. Petersburg street race in 2013. 13 years on, he's set to return to the same venue, but this time behind the wheel of a much heavier machine - a truck.
He will drive the No. 77 Chevrolet Silverado for Spire Motorsports, competing in the season-opening NCTS race at St. Pete in February, which takes place on the same weekend as the IndyCar season opener.
