Formula 1 teams have concluded pre-season testing in Bahrain, where they put their new cars through their paces and gauged their speed in conditions close to those of a race.
Ferrari's Charles Leclerc set the fastest time of the tests, clocking a lap of 1:30.322. This gave Ferrari the best time of the pre-season tests.
Other teams also showed their pace during the tests. Max Verstappen of Red Bull Racing achieved a time of 1:30.755, while George Russell of Mercedes posted a time of 1:31.027.
With the pre-season tests now complete, teams are turning their attention to the first race of the championship. The Bahrain Grand Prix takes place on March 3.
