Chile's Women's Football: A Landmark Move

Chile's women's football players now have labor law protection. Team captain Javiera Moreno believes this move should be replicated by players' unions around the world to increase female representation.

"We want to make this movement massive," Moreno says. "Our goal is to spread this movement to other countries. In other places, it may not be possible to create a separate union for women. But we think there should be female representation in every country's players' union."
