Manchester United midfielder Bruno Fernandes has matched the historic achievement of most assists in the Premier League.

The Portuguese player achieved his 20th assist of the season in the 76th minute of the 37th round match against Nottingham Forest, setting up Bryan Mbeumo for a goal.

This milestone puts Fernandes in the company of only two other players who have achieved this feat in the Premier League: Thierry Henry (2002/03) and Kevin De Bruyne (2019/20).
