Alvaro Arbeloa has explained the reasons behind their defeat to Barcelona.
"The game started with a very tough scenario for us. We had a strong opponent in front of us who took the lead and controlled the ball well, playing a high-level positional game. Unfortunately, we were unable to capitalize on any of the opportunities we had. I asked the players to fight until the end and the team tried to do so," said Arbeloa.
Regarding the incident involving Eric Garcia and Bellingham, Arbeloa emphasized that VAR should have intervened in that episode.
"In my opinion, there was a clear elbow strike. It's hard to understand why VAR didn't get involved. However, I still congratulate Barcelona on their championship. The game went well for them from the very first minutes".

The coach addressed the fans:
"It's hard to find words now. We understand the frustration, discontent, and anger of the fans. The only thing we can do is continue working and draw conclusions from the mistakes of this season. Real Madrid has always bounced back. We've fallen many times and gotten back up. But we understand that the situation needs to be changed".

Regarding the rest of the season:
"Now we have an even greater responsibility. Even though the season is practically over, we can't afford to relax. We must always take to the field to win, because we are defending the Real emblem. We have three important games ahead and we need to win them".
