Alpine to End WEC Hypercar Project at End of 2026

French team Alpine has announced it will exit the World Endurance Championship's Hypercar class at the end of 2026. They joined the Hypercar ranks in 2021 and competed in every season since, although they missed the 2023 campaign.

The team achieved minimal success during their time in the class, managing just three wins. The period also proved not to be particularly fruitful for the brand.
